Computer Business Review - Queen opens National Cyber Security Centre
Her Majesty the Queen has launched the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) in London, accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh and the Chancellor, Philip Hammond.
The centre, which is a part GCHQ, aims to use the best data, skills and capabilities to help make the UK the safest place in the world to live and work online.
Commenting on the opening, Ollie Whitehouse, technical director at NCC Group, said: “The NCSC’s creation shows that the government recognises the scale of the cyber threat to both individuals and businesses.”
