More useful information on the recruitment process
Q. How do I apply?
- You can search all of our current vacancies via this website.
- We provide a job advert for each vacancy, which provides an overview of the role and where in the business the role sits.
- We also provide a link to a role profile which provides a more detailed insight into the role.
- It’s important that you read all of the information very carefully before deciding whether to apply.
- If you do choose to apply you will need to submit your CV and/or your LinkedIn profile via the ‘apply’ button or your chosen application channel (or you can send to firstname.lastname@example.org ideally with the role title you are applying for in the subject line). Please try to ensure they are up to date and contain all the information we might need. We look forward to hearing from you.
Q. I’ve applied but what happens now?
A member of our recruitment team will review your application.
We will do our best to provide feedback on your application within five working days (or within five working days of the closing date if one has been specified). However, please do note there are times when it may take us longer but we will try our best to keep you informed if this happens.
Q. Will I receive feedback on my application?
If you are not successful at application stage you will likely receive this feedback via email but if you don’t hear back from us within ten working days or by the end of the closing date if one has been provided, then unfortunately you have not been successful. We receive a large number of applications and are unfortunately sometimes unable to contact everyone.
If you have a telephone interview or a face-to-face interview, you will receive feedback via phone or email.
Q. I’ve got an interview, what will the process be like?
This part of our recruitment process varies depending on the role. Typically it consists of two or three stages. We will let you know right from the start what the process will be.
We are a decisive business and pride ourselves on being responsive so typically our recruitment process is quick. However, we want to ensure we find the right person and that you feel we are the right company for you, so sometimes the interview process will take a little longer and involve more stages than we originally anticipated.
Q. How should I prepare for the interview?
Each area will require slightly different preparation so make sure you ask your internal recruitment specialist.
